I scheduled an annual Furnace Maintenance appointment for my two rental properties. Ed was very thorough, very kind and professional. He listened to my needs and also spent time to explain additional technical details about the tasks that he was performing. It was a 5/5 experience. I am satisfied that both furnaces will be ready for the 2026-2027 winter.

From start to finish the process was exceptional. We originally called four contractors. We got two return calls. From the two call backs we got two quotes. The quote from TE Spall was the higher of the two, but my wife and I agreed, the sales visit from spall was more in depth, more informative and very genuine. No unanswered questions, no gray areas, no bs! We decided to go with Spall. Day 1, 2 trucks and two techs arrived. A third truck and tech showed up for a few hours. Work progressed at a good pace. The old furnace was disassembled and removed. Our house is an older home with steep narrow stairs to the basement, and a half door entrance from under the rear deck, under the back porch and into the basement. Everything went through the basement window or through the outdoor, you got to bend over, entrance. The new furnace came in the same in convenient way. Was set in place, measurements made for duct work to connect the old to the new. The measurements were sent to their shop and they arrived with the pieces the next day. Two trucks two techs again. Professional overall great service. I truly don't know how this company finds such great talent but they do! I've never dealt with a company that everyone is just awesome. Stephen was fantastic! TY for sorting out and completing my AC unit. Hopefully now I can get it to hang in there for another 20 years!

TE SPALL AND SONS are without a doubt the best to service hvac. Used them twice and had a quick service appointment that same day of calling. Ed my service tech was by courteous, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable. Ed diagnosed and fixed my hvac quickly. He also explained what he was doing and gave maintenance tips. It was a great experience all around.
